Jiayuan Plastic Conducts Tensile Strength Test on Animal Ear Tags
Recently, Jiayuan Plastic has carried out a special tensile strength test on its self-developed livestock animal ear tags. Using the Labthink automatic tensile tester, the test simulates real working conditions such as livestock shaking heads, rubbing and dragging, to comprehensively verify the structural strength, toughness and durability of the ear tags.

In this test, yellow integrated ear tags for cattle and sheep were selected as samples. The upper and lower clamps of the machine firmly fixed the ear tag plate and the tag pin, with tension applied at a constant speed. The measured data shows that this type of ear tag can withstand a maximum pulling force of 298.6N, equivalent to about 30.5 kgf. During the tension loading process, no premature tearing occurred at the joint between the ear tag body and the pin. The material boasts excellent toughness, which effectively resists pulling from livestock activities and greatly reduces the risk of ear tag loss in farms. It ensures stable traceability management for individual livestock identification.

With over ten years of experience in RFID animal identification products, Jiayuan Plastic supplies plain plastic ear tags, FDX/HDX LF chip ear tags, UHF RFID ear tags, as well as implantable pet microchips, RFID readers, ear tag applicators and other farming equipment. The factory supports small-batch orders and customized production, with products suitable for cattle, sheep, pigs and other livestock.

Every batch of ear tags will go through multiple quality inspections including tensile test, aging and weather resistance tests before delivery to strictly control quality. Our reliable ear tags meet individual identification requirements for farms and comply with traceability standards for the global livestock industry. Welcome customers worldwide for inquiries and cooperation.
